May 11, Ordered 6 Cash Register Ribbons, Epson ERC 32 and was sent Epson ERC 30/34.  Phoned as was told there was 4 ERC 32 available and that we would receive a credit for the difference and the return postage.  Returned by mail May 22 and faxed a copy of the Canada post invoice for $14.23.  Received the 4 correct ribbons on May 29.  HAVE NOT RECEIVED CREDIT FOR THE POSTAGE OR THE DIFFERENCE FROM 6 TO 4 RIBBONS.
